Prairie St. John’s continuum of care now provides supportive housing for patients in our substance use and mental health Full-Time Day Treatment programs (PHP) to help patients in their recovery journey.

Supportive housing includes:

• Shared, fully furnished apartment on campus
• Access to dedicated support staff
• Treatment and medication management access just down the sidewalk
• Laundry and kitchen facilities
• Breakfast, lunch and snack
• Access to food pantry on-site
• Outdoor area and access to community parks
