Tamara’s specialization places an emphasis on the individualized treatment of dual diagnosis disorders and how it impacts the person, as well as, the family. The focus is on education and support involving the addictive and recovery process, as well as, the interplay between mental illness and addiction. Tamara is also experienced in the treatment of psychiatric and behavioral problems involving the adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Tamara places an emphasis on wellness that encompasses the individual’s physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs that empowers them towards effective change. She has been employed in the helping community the last 15 years.
